No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.

2. Overview

This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics tools and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection is made to Google or any other provider.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstrasse 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany (www.netcup.de). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

When you visit the website, the server automatically processes information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

The purpose is the technical provision and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after 7 days unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Contacting us by e-mail or phone

If you contact us, we process the details you provide (such as name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data are deleted once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to

• access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
• have data erased (Art. 17 GDPR) and processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstrasse 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany (www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de).

8. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling, does not take place.
